He brings a strong track record of providing strategic direction, coordinating people and resources, and mobilizing communities toward sustainable development and shared goals. His extensive experience has equipped him with strong leadership, planning, communication, and organizational skills, enabling him to effectively work with diverse stakeholders and deliver impactful results.

Thacien has 13 years of experience in project design and management, he is an experienced personnel who has worked with different organizations both public and private. Thacien is a holder of a Masters’ Degree in Agribusiness.

M&E, Knowledge Management Officer

Jean Claude BIZIMANA is a Masters’s Degree Holder in Business Administration with specialization in Project Management with over 15 years of experience in Monitoring and Evaluation ( M&E) for the coplex projects

Solange has 10 years of experience in accounting and Finance Management. She holds a Bachelor\\\\\\\'s Degree in Commerce with Honors in Management & Accounting.

Agronomist

Experienced Rwandan agronomist with over 15 years of expertise in crop production, cassava development, seed systems, irrigation and drainage, cooperative capacity building, and contract farming. Proven ability to work with farmers, cooperatives, private-sector actors, government institutions, and development partners to improve productivity, climate resilience, and market linkages. Passionate about sustainable agriculture and transforming smallholder farming into productive, resilient, and competitive agribusiness enterprises.

Institutional Development & Communication Officer

Jean Paul is a Passionate communicator, mobilizer, advertiser, active team player & entertainer. He has 25 years working with Local government institutions & International organizations

Christine has 15 years of experience working with Banks as Credit Officer. She holds a Bachelor\\\'s Degree in Management.
